Hey all,
I am back to writing here. It has been a few years, er … 5 years? Life has been progressing, and although I took a long break, here I am. This blog is all about what’s important to me. Faith, Family, personal growth and dreaming. We’ve moved, so any photos you see will look different. However, the subject matter of dreaming and the desire to continue seeing growth in my life has remained alive in my heart.
As a quick update, my husband and I now have two sweet children, a little 3 year old girl, E. She is our little warrior girl, the fire, the zip and tenacity that is now a permanent presence in our home, and our son, W. is now 6! An adventurist, opportunist, and soaks up all the life lessons he can get. He is a leader and visionary. He has big ideas and is always planning or building something, or wanting to complete a challenging task. A few weeks ago, he wanted to clear the ice from stone paths in our backyard. Little E. Helped for a bit and then I helped. I can honestly say he did 40% of the work.
Back to dreaming updates…
I have begun to learn the guitar! I have an amazing friend who is lending one to me. I’m going to track my progress. I’m an amateur but loving it. I don’t mind sharing any of my mistakes, hopefully you don’t mind either haha.
Here’s the 3rd time I picked up the guitar to play. I’m honestly believe God is giving me supernatural grace to learn and play. I’ve fallen off the last month or so, but need to get back to it!
As far as my faith in God goes, I have been breaking free from the need to please others. God is removing the fear in moving forward. I have been a part of a Christian prophetic community, Emerging Prophets (EP), and to say that it has breathed new life and awakened old dreams is to say the least of it. God has brought me incredible friends through it. What a joy it is to walk together in God, growing, learning to hear more clearly from God and helping to push each other forward in what we sense He has for us. This, 2025, is the year for ADVENTURE for sure.
